"Decent hotel in very central location, I was put on a floor where there wasn’t too much noise from hockey fans even though the Oilers won. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean, the view was great from the top floor gym/hot tub/swimming pool…what I didn’t like was the fact that the hotel needs a major update. It just feels like it’s fraying on the edges. Nothing major, but you’d think the billionaire who founded (still owns?)this could keep it updated and not let it go…it feels let go"

"room was dirty. the fridge did not work, lighting was dark, and there was no conditioner. the front desk clerk at check in was rude. the only window faces the indoor pool and other rooms so they were kept shut for privacy. the only positive is that it was quiet. the pictures on the site are deceiving. "
