“This is exactly the sort of experience I seek when visiting the UK. It's an "only in England" experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was absolutely enraptured. “Stayed one night at the Shrewsbury rooms from start to finish everything was great we stayed in room one on ground floor well the decor the cleanliness everything was lovely would definitely stay here again. Nice little touch of takeaway cups if you want to leave with a coffee lived this. Only thing is the pillows where a little to firm for me. “Had a wonderful 2 night stay here with my partner and my sister . Easy to find , loverly location . Warmly welcomed by there staff . Explained everything we needed to no took us up to our rooms etc . So nice so friendly and approachable . All areas and rooms very clean and tastefully decorated to a high standard . We had a meal in the restaurant the first night which was amazing. From start to finish . Breakfast was equally amazing. . Carnt wait to stay again in the future”

“Great little find here! Lovely pub with great atmosphere, food fab with onsite restaurant. The room was really well presented and lovely decor. My room was facing south and west on the hottest day of the year, thankfully the staff provided a fan and there was a well stocked fridge in the room too. Breakfast was continental style in the room in a lovely hamper, plus yogurts, milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would go back again when in the area. Thanks team.”
