My luxury room came with double bed, tv (couldn't really watch any channels), separate bathroom with shower, no curtain, basin and toilet. the bed was comfy the shower was hot only half of the time and the pressure also wasn't very strong. The bedroom windows were facing the guesthouse carpark witch can be a bit noisy at times.
Water is not suitable for drinking but they sell it at the reception for...

"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again & again
The only down thing with this hotel is their royal & presidential suite is over prized. "
