"Room was clean, All Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. Thank you so very much for making two Canadians. We were somewhat nervous going but everyone helped make us feel comfortable and safe."

"The room was very quiet and the bed very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. If you want a great bar and restaurant, this is not the place. The front desk staff double as the restaurant staff and bar tender, who did not know how to use a cork screw. I had to open the bottle do him. Not their fault, just unqualified. The location is perfect for being close to many great restaurants and bars. AC was fine and quiet, water pressure was so so. Temp was fine. Staff was very friendly and attentive. "

"The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the pillow cases on my bed were dirty. I was able to find a housekeeper and she immediately came to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. The WiFi wasn't working which was a bit frustrating when phone service was limited inside parts of the building. Despite the minor we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately next trip we will seek other accommodations ."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Stay 2 hotel. Check-in was fast and easy, although I did get a little confused about the different hotels on-site. The room that I had was very clean and organized. It had everything that I needed, even though I brought a little extra just in case. It was very accommodating; my children and grandchildren were able to enjoy the pool, and the area was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk, who cleaned the rooms, and those who served breakfast were all very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and peaceful on the 18th floor. The location was very convenient, right across the street from the Wintrust Arena. I'll be looking forward to booking with them again."

"Great hotel. Clean, nice pool, nice workout area, good breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised that you could walk to the convention center and Marriott in the sky walk. Bed as firm and shower had good pressure. Wonderful place to stay!"
