"When we checked into the hotel, our room was 77°. The front desk was called three times and an employee did come up to “reset” the thermometer. We were told no other rooms were available and the room was still 77° when we checked out the next day. "

The location was ideal, right by the Arch and the view was spectacular. I also want to call out the staff that did the valet parking. They were super - helpful, friendly and managed long lines of cars with ease. Thanks for a great stay!"
