"Tv didn’t work and when it finally started working the next morning it wasn’t working again. WI-FI was working either. So the rating was for the tv and Wi-Fi other services we excellent "

"The hotel does not look like the picture. I had booked a suite and it was to have a sofa. It only had the chase part and it was stained. They advised breakfast but then had a sign in the morning saying sorry no breakfast. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful. There was also noise that sounded like fighting outside the hotel. "

"I’m not sure how this hotel has good reviews. Our stay was awful. Upon arrival the trash cans were overflowing and people were hanging out in the parking lot which made us very uncomfortable. Going to our room there were people partying that you could hear in the hallway and smelled of marijuana and alcohol. Entering our room everything g was subpar at best, the toilet paper was not fresh it was from the last persons stay (gross) and the thermostat was broken so the room was hot all night. This was a stop on a long drive and we considered driving through the night, we didn’t want to stay there. Decided to lock up and didn’t even grab the remaining stuff from our car because we were worried about going back down with the people lingering in the lot. Didn’t get much sleep and these people lingered all night, they were still in the lot in the same spot in their car in the morning. We got out of there asap, walked by breakfast which looked less than appetizing. Will not be staying here again, and you should avoid it too! "

"The hotel is very nice. The suite was great, clean and updated. The staff is very nice and accomodating. My only concern was the grassy area in the back, full of dog waste spilling onto the sidewalk. We have come here for years on our way to Fredericksburg Texas and has never been like this!"
