"Pimps and prostitutes were everywhere in and around the hotel. This is definitely not a hotel you would take your kids. Other hotels in the area seemed to be more safe and not allow this but this one didn’t seem to mind the activity going on. We checked in for our 2 day stay before noticing anything and we left immediately to find another hotel. Very unsafe!!"

"Staff was welcoming and very nice. Room was spacious. Bed mattress was terrible, weak springs to very bouncy like a trampoline. Pillows were fluffy, but zero support so nearly pointless. My personal MAJOR grip is that the wifi was not free, it was conditional. To finalize signing in it required becoming a Hampton Rewards member. I dont travel enough to have a rewards program of any kind and having to provide my entire name, email, contact to the rewards program when i have already paid for my night was upsetting. I did not create a rewards account to access the wifi. The breakfast was just ok. The eggs were terrible, sausage was adequate, but the wafflemaker and waffles was the best."

"I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though."

"Everything was amazing with our stay except for the hot water when you would take a shower the hot water wouldn’t last but about 2 minutes and then it would get cold that’s definitely an issue when you have multiple kids and adults that need to take showers"
