"First impression when we arrived, there was dog waste all in the grass area. Some sketchy cars and people out in the parking lot. Front desk didn’t care to greet us. Elevator and hallways were warm and had a musty smell. The room smelled musty and stale. Bed was squeaky, lamp was broken with no base, mirrors were dirty, no shampoo and there were hairs still on the conditioner bottle. Trash all around the outside of the hotel building."

"I booked through a third party. My room was prepaid. They asked for a card for incidentals. They billed that card not once but twice. The manager assured me that it would be taken care of, however it was not. He was some what dismissive. I even tried to call this week and he never called back. Its 2 weeks later and I’m still out of my money. It’s 600 plus dollars. I had to get my bank involved. It’s a very unpleasant experience that could have been avoided."

"Very dated room, wallpaper starting to peel. Parking was an issue. Free parking not near hotel. Valet parking offered. We used the valet parking and found the next day they had lost our car keys. Finally found, but 3 hours wasted. Valet parking manager was very apologetic and did all he could to help us. Use valet parking with caution. This is run by a 3rd Party business, but is still part of hotel. Very close to the Oklahoma City bombing site, within walking distance. Paycom arena across the street."
