"My only complaints were: 1) no ice machine on the third floor. I walked the hall four times because the sign that you see at eye level when you exit the 3rd floor elevator indicated there was a vending area, only to learn later there is no ice on the third floor but there is a sign in the elevator indicating such but the sign was eye level with a 6+ foot tall man not with a 5’6” woman, and 2) the toilets were the kind that are child height and I had to hold on to the vanity so this 75-year-old woman didn’t fall in the floor every time I went to the bathroom."

"This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The accommodation itself was adequate, nothing fancy, but acceptable. The staff was generally friendly, some very friendly and nice. Finally, there was an issue with what I was charged. There was an add-on charge of a $7.00 "Facility Fee" that I had to pay and then dispute with my credit card company. This charge was NOT included in what Expedia told me that I was to pay. When I tried to get the charge taken off, the staff would not accommodate and remove the charge. So, for these reasons, I would not stay here again, given the opportunity."
