"horrible parking, no access to side doors past 8, bathtubs dirty, towels like cardboard and staff are rude, conversate in another language and act as if your intruding on their conversation when trying to check in."

"The room was spacious and clean but rather dated. There was no safe in the room, which lead me to decline housekeeping during the stay. The shampoo was low from the first day, and they do not provide any lotion at all. Frustratingly, we had to jiggle the toilet handle to flush. Due to the aforementioned lack of a safe, I did not want maintenance to come fix it. Also, I would not have booked a club level room, had I been aware that the club is closed on weekends. I'm sure it is nice, but I did not get to utilize it. The only parking options were valet or street parking. This worked out, as street is free on weekends. But a self-parking option would have been nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice, clean, and a good location for us. But I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again."

"Everything was on point lovely room, great breakfast friendly staff safe parking lot. We will be back and it was also close to a lot of places to go and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was fine. No remote in room, replacement front desk gave us didn’t work. Hair on shower walls. Not the worst place we’ve ever stayed but we most likely won’t be back at a BW in the near future. "
