Horrible location, close to nothing at all. Location couldn’t have been worse, and I got ripped off taking a taxi from the airport to the motel, I have no idea how you rate that a three star hotel.

This was the perfect place for me to land after days of travel! It is small, quiet, low key. I was able to rest and recharge my batteries. The staff was great and everything was very easy to arrange.

Terrible Experience
This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staffs were extremely rude and non-professional. It's very normal for the staffs to shout at their customers while asking for anything.

Bitten by Ants
Due to rooms not being cleaned properly we were infested with Red Ants. Staff were annoyed that we asked to change rooms but did reluctantly only to find more ants in the next room. Bedding not clean, air con not the best. Pros: it is near the airport if you have an early flight, small pool.

Staff could not be more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast available for 150 thai bhat. Also run taxis which is useful

Great Place To Stay
We stayed there two nights and it was a great experience! The rooms are big and everything is clean, they hotel will even drop you off at the beach and airport. I cant wait to come back!

Lovely hotel
We got to the hotel in the early hours of the morning with no issues to check in. Room was lovely and big and all rooms are by the pool. Hotel is on a road with nothing near but the free shuttle to the beach/town only takes 5/10 minutes and is great there. Was nice to be in Phuket but away from the madness which you normally get with Phuket.

We checked in only for a few hours because we had a very late flight and we wanted a hotel near the airport. The hotel was spotless and even had a pool. Great for a stay if you are looking to be near the airport. it is a family run place and they will even take you to the airport! I would recommend it. Great value for the money!

Modern and convenient hotel close to airport
We stayed one night in this hotel upon arriving very late in Phuket. It's a 5 minute ride from the airport, so very convenient. The hotel is modern and only has a small number of rooms. Our room was clean and large. Only downside was the smell in the bathroom (which was clean, but had a sewer smell coming up from the drain). We enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Somehow they missed our email about our airport pickup, so we ended up taking a regular taxi. All in all a pleasant stay, but they could improve in a few areas.

Nice hotel with peaceful stay
Airport to hotel 400 TBH( we bargain to 300) because theres no taxi on meter. We checked-in at midnight and greeted by decent staff. Love the room as expected, Just one Thai news channel on TV, so better bring your own entertainment things. (we got movies in USB and watched by connecting on TV). We asked for hair dryer cause it wasn't already in the room so they provided without any extra chrage. Enjoyed the swimming pool connecting to the room, yummy breakfast in just 150 TBH. They provide free drop service to Airport.Over all pleasant stay.

I hate cheaters
Not a bad place to sleep but bad experience with getting a taxi. Asked front desk for taxi meter and the taxi and hotel scammed us. Took us 5 minutes down the road then told us there is no meter and charged us 150 THB too much.

Great airport hotel
Stayed one night when flying out. Very close to airport with free shuttle. Also close to beach if u have time with free shuttle. Clean with great pool to cool off. Only complaint was noisy air con unit but ear plugs fix that! Nice staff too

Very close to airport but feels like an oasis!
Staff were very friendly. There's free transport to and from the beach and to and from the airport. The compound is very lush and the pool is relaxing. The studios are very private and clean. Would highly recommend.

When i got there, the airconditioner was broken. So l couldn't check in. They sent me another hotel near airport. (They gave me a ride.) Maybe 'airport mansion' I asked for double bed. but got twin bed. The bathroom was dirty and small. Draind bad. Disgusting. So angry, but helpless. It was 2 already. Terrible memory about jinda.

Convenient Airport Access
We just needed a convenient place to stay by the airport for a night. The hotel is located about a mile from the airport, just off a main road. The hotel is very nice for a airport hotel, and the staff is friendly.

Jinda was conveniently located if you want an airport hotel but it is hard to find even for local taxi drivers. It is primarily a Thai hotel so don't expect any typical amenities like a continental buffet or western TV. The set breakfast, which I paid 150 baht, was quite good and the ladies cooking were very polite. The grounds were immaculate and a nice pool. The interior of the room and bathroom were appointed with quality materials. A surprise considering the last minute booking price.

This was a nice hotel very close to the airport. They have free shuttles running to the airport, I had a 6 am flight, and I was dropped to the airport conveniently. The rooms were big and clean. The pool was not very big but mostly unused and very clean.

Worth the Price
A quaint hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately, it is far away from most of the sights that are worth seeing. Being that can prices in Phuket are higher than Bangkok, it can cost you a pretty penny to go to Patong, or any district where there is a good shopping. They offer a free transfer to the airport and NaiYang beach, so that's a plus. An American style breakfast is available and so is dinner (Thai style), although I didn't know about dinner offerings until I was checking out. The pool is lovely and well kept and so are the hotel's grounds. Very few of the service staff speak English, so communication can be a little difficult, however it is enough to get you by. My only negative is that the wifi Internet was is rather slow and choppy, which was frustrating. If you have a Chromecast, you should walk with it, as cabletv is not available and unless you speak Thai, the tv would remain off the duration of your stay.

Pros: 24 hour front desk (our flight got in around 2am), 5 mins from airport, clean, decent breakfast for 150 baht/person Cons: smelled like an outhouse, dogs barking in early morning, rooster crowing throughout night Overall: did the trick for a one night stay getting in late, but don't set expectations too high

I wouldn't call it a resort...
Beds are nice. Rooms are clean, but it's dead. I'm glad we were only doing one night just before heading to the airport. The pool looks awesome, but how do you relax when there are no chairs? The TVs are awesome in the rooms, but no Non-Thai channels. Also the rooms had mosquitos throughout. It's ticked all the boxes, just badly.

Great bang for the buck. Needed a hotel to crash as our flight got in to late for the ferry to Phi Phi island. Very clean, large beds, close to airport, modern, friendly staff and all at a great rate. No complaints.

It's only 5 mins drive from Phuket Int'l Airport. Highly recommended for transit or taking a red eye flight. The hotel room is modern and comfy. It's value for money.
