The place feels newly refurbished; the rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, and I only regret staying for just one night. The location is ideal—set in a very quiet part of the old town, yet perfectly placed for exploring the city and easily reaching great restaurants, cafés, and pubs. What truly made the stay outstanding, though, was Demet’s warm welcome: it felt less like staying at a guesthouse and more like visiting a friend."

"In downtown Ayvalik. Walking distance to everywhere. Very clean and not noisy neigbourood. You need to share the bathroom. It says parking available but you need to leave at the paid parking. Use Pazaryeri which belong to the municipality and 20% of the private parkings. "

The location is in the city centre, which means it's walkable but also noisy, especially since the windows don't really close."
