"Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber, auch das bad. Betten waren sehr weich, aber bequem. Auf die Empore zu kommen ist nicht ganz einfach, da die Sprossen der Treppe sehr kleine Abstände haben. Die Unterkunft war für 4 Personen gebucht, allerdings gab es nur 3x Bettwäsche und nur 3x Handtücher. Das Geschirr welches sich im Küchenschrank befand (alles in vierfacher Ausführung) war leider ziemlich dreckig."

"The hotel physical condition was average. It is an old hotel so it is very normal and the personnel was soooo helpful and smiling. I want to send special thank for kind help and effort to personnel Ivanna and Malique.They were perfect people. But I had a very very bad restaurant experince . The restaurant does not belong to with the hotel but placed in the hotel so it is effecting the hotel prestige. "Right in the heart of the city, very clean and nicely decorated, very comfortable bed."

"Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."

"First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult. "
