"This beautiful property located just 8 miles outside of Ortisei was a perfect location for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque surrounding area with lovely mountain/valley walks right from the hotel. And Val Gardena was a short 15-20 minute car drive to be able to explore the Dolomites. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern and large. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to be able to have coffee in the room and to have a mini fridge where snacks/food/drinks could be kept as there were nice supermarkets close by."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working there. Breakfast was really good and genuine of the area. Top quality and had a real focus on good healthy food. The only downside is there is no air-con in the room which can be tricky in warmer nights. Maybe some mosquito nets so you can have the door open at night? We will 100% be coming back in the future!"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Hot options included omelets and boiled eggs. There was a wide selection of cereals, muesli, and granola, but the choice of vegetables for making a salad was somewhat limited. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A few minor drawbacks: the Wi‑Fi signal in our room was extremely weak, and I ended up using mobile data most of the time. I reported the issue at reception, and although I was told it would be fixed, I did not notice any improvement. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which meant going downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Finally, our room was at ground level, and everyone walking to and from the parking area passed directly by our windows. This reduced privacy considerably and forced us to keep the curtains closed most of the time."
