"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. The first room was covered in thick dust, to the extent that my new iPad cover became damaged within minutes. When I reported it, management responded with denial and disrespect, insisting it “did not happen here.” Their attitude alone was unacceptable.
