"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The room itself was also very well-kept and comfortable. However, there was one major quirk that future guests should be aware of: the bathroom did not have a door. While it didn't ruin the stay, it was quite an unusual design choice and could definitely be a privacy issue depending on who you are traveling with. Aside from that detail, it was a great stay."

"Great special room with beautiful view of town from ninth floor. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful. location just minutes from the train station. Only one little problem entrance of the hotel is not very inviting and smells… actually all town of Lille is little stinky😉overall great hotel with wonderful rooms"

"Perfect location; family friendly; modern, well decorated; helpful staff. There was a weekend day when the cleaners did not clean the room adequately but the rest of the time the cleaning was adequate. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room unfortunately but the machine in the dining room was fine and the dining room itself was a nice space and available at all times."

"Wonderfully located hotel 8 minutes walk from Lille Europe station located in Lille Flanders square. Surrounded by cafes and in the edge of the Old Town. Excellent value for money and plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast . A joy to sit out on the terrace at breakfast with a view of the square and surrounding buildings. A shame we couture the terrace at other times."

"It was centrally located in an antique style building …..however the bathroom in our room could easily be refreshed from too much use …..caulking , paint, etc . definitely in good need . There was a wonderful feature on each floor hallway by the elevator : water dispenser , BOTH regular and sparkling water that was truly an added plus . The breakfast offerings were extensive while there were plenty of available tables as it was never crowded . One major drawback : exterior maintenance in France ( perhaps much of Europe) is NOT what we are used to , at least in the States . If there is a heatwave ,plants and grass are not watered and simply die . It’s an accepted fact of life there .To the side of the hotel there a perfect space for an outdoor cafe . It may or be owned by the hotel but for now it’s there unmaintained with some site cabins presently occupying it , creating an eyesore ."

"I really liked the hotel location and amenities. It was really confident for my short stay in Lille. The front desk staff was super kind and welcoming. My only complaint is with the cleaning service. Basic etiquette was not followed and I felt harassed by them with how insistent they were on making up the room, even in the day of my checkout. It’s unclear to me why they are not aware which rooms are checking out that day because they acted surprised when I said that. I was suffering from jet lag and had return d to my room to take a short nap before checkout time. I had placed the do not disturb sign, and kept they would not stop knocking. Luckily I learned from the day before and manually locked my door or I’m sure they would have entered again despite me saying I’m in the room. I’m very irritated because unless it’s an emergency, there is no a reason to bang a door down because the guest is not responding and it’s before checkout out time. I think it’s a fair assumption someone could be sleeping or occupied! Anyway you can bet they were back knocking at 11:59am for 12:00pm checkout 💀"
