"Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. Le note dolenti sono nei servizi : assenza di televisione i telefoni non hanno campo, almeno per i gestori da noi utilizzati, non esiste il wi.fay. La piscina, campo da tennis supermarket ci sono ma non sono funzionanti. La distanza dal centro abitato è di circa 3 km , le spiagge balneabili sono a circa 1 km. e non esistono mezzi di...

"This hotel was the highlight of our Sicily trip and my only regret is not staying there longer. The Aeolian Islands are a must see and stay here when you do. Everything is top notch at this hotel. The service and warm staff are just the icing on the cake. The views, amenities, food, drinks, all of it is top notch! We cant say enough amazing things about this hotel."
