"Lovely hotel, very clean room with everything you need. Quiet, great location. "

"Breakfast was a survival of the fittest. There was only mushrooms out and beans when we got to breakfast at 8:15am. Was a mad rush when the chef opened the door. Was like collecting sun-beds abroad. No such thing as toast just warm bread. "

"Rooms are shabby all round but the curtains were falling of the rods, the windows were in a sad state and the bathtub was awful. My room looked directly onto an alley full of commercial garbage bins and a rooftop bar was directly across from the window. The tv remote had no back and was held together with duct tape."

"Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t. There was only one towel in the bathroom, so my husband and I had to share as when we realized it was too late to request another. One towel in a double room for two people. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was my first time staying at Premier Inn and definitely my last. "
