“Staff were friendly and great”

“Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”

“The room was ok, outdated. TV good, had mini frig/microwave. Tub/shower, no safety bars. Toilet low and small. All functional. Bed was comfortable. Staff was fine. What does one expect for $90?”

“When my wife and I entered our room, it appeared clean enough, until I wanted to shower. Room service left us with only ONE soiled bath towel. No washcloths. No hand towels. No other bath towels. I went to the office to get more towels and washcloths. They gave me a washcloth that was soiled and gray (not clean white ) on one of the corners. It was so disgusting I took photos. The coffee maker was restocked with coffee, but room service did not leave a single coffee cup in the room to drink out...

“easy parking, coffee available 24hrs. served in a coffee machine NOT in a Luke warm air pot. beds were comfortable. Breakfast not so good, but coffee was there.”

“A bit on the outskirts of Mankato. Had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Staff clearly works hard to maintain the property. Clean. Great value for a reasonable price. I would stay there again and would recommend ”

“The hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke but not bad. Beds were comfy and heat worked. Great water pressure in bathroom. Friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. ”

“The room was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, and very quiet overnight even with our room facing the highway. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Loved the shower too. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and hot food was hot. Check in and out was a breeze. The pool was great. Clean pool area and spacious. The water temperature was very good, not freezing cold like so many are. There wasn’t a hot tub which I thought was unusual, but since pool water temperature was so good I didn’t miss...
