Everything was great, but our room didn’t have a safe. We asked about it, but nobody could help us. They also need to let guests use the stairs—we were on the second floor and had to wait the elevator for five minutes just to go up one flight.

Food is good, location is excellent, staff is amazing, very safe, air conditioning is excellent and my only problem is flies around the table and bar. Not much but flies but I cannot stand flies. Need to install ceiling fans at the bar to reduce flies and heat. I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff. Once again food is expensive however very good.
