"Loved this hotel. The only real criticism was the restaurant. Very expensive...and really not good at all. Over done dishes. Some tasted awful. Strange food indeed."

"A charming single story hotel in the countryside with views of at least 4 castles from the property. Our room had access to the patio(terasse) where we could sit outside and enjoy the weather. Easy drive to go out for dinner to multiple charming towns and villages. Very friendly and helpful staff, good continental breakfast. We liked it so much we decided to stay 2 extra nights. Good place to base yourself and explore the region."

"I liked the location. However, for a two bedroom suite, we only got 3 small (1 tsp) packets of shower soap for our 3 night stay. They were not replenished the entire time. Also, there was no hand soap at the sinks in either of the bathrooms. To me, soap for the sinks and shower should be a basic that is always provided at a hotel."

"Beautiful location. Private, renovated, air conditioned lodging within larger renovated countryside farmstead complex (including a pool) was unique, quaint and a great experience. Nourishing breakfast included and served on the patio of the main house. Kitchen available to guests 24/7. Need a car and a good navigation system. We used Google Maps."

"Nice motel with easy parking, 6km drive from Sarlat and very convenient to drive around the Dordogne valley. Easy access to Many attractions. Clean and comfortable, fair price. We stayed for 2 nights . "
