"bathroom was dirty, a lot of hair on the floor"

"A good 4.5 stars. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. Shoutout to Dominic at the omelette station. He gives an excellent service. The young man at the activity centre(fresh towels), with shaved hair, also gave an excellent service. Room was clean. Bathroom as well, except a couple spots on the bathroom walls. Some towels were stained, but the staff were quick to fix the situation. Certain beams supporting balconies need a little TLC & paint, so does certain outdoor baths. The hooks could also be more spaced from each other. Outdoor staff could also be more attentive to kids being in the Adult-Only pool, and wet towels on the ground for multiple hours. You get a sense that with more minute attention to detail, the place could be a 5 stars. We were not accompanied by children, but there could be more activities planned for them. Although it’s a resort, with the wine tasting and other activities more adult focused, I would not recommend going with children. It’s more of a relaxing couples vibe. All in all, I recommend this establishment and I had a good relaxing time."

"The buffet was not $19 CAD as stated on Expedia — it’s actually $28 CAD plus taxes and tip. Not worth it. They also expect tips for everything. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner; the products they provide are low‑quality, maybe 3‑star level. The restaurant was exceptional — delicious food and not expensive. The buffet was just okay. All the amenities worked well (sauna, hot tub, pool, etc.). Some staff speak limited English, but it was manageable. Since it was our first time there, we had to figure things out on our own, although the signs around the property were helpful. Parking is free."
