Staff are very friendly and accommodating, lots of amenities provided plus luggage storage available before and after check in. Property, room, bedding/linens/towels, etc were all very clean as well. Room size is typical of Japan, but spacious enough for solo travelers. "

"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."
