Located adjacent to a train station, it was super convenient to make day trips. People were polite and friendly. Overall service was excellent. Btreakfast buffet was amazing. The room was tiny and bathroom was compact as many Japanese business hotels are. A big contract to a grand entrance hall and banquet facilities. It was clean and a very pleasant stay.

近隣のレストランの情報は簡素な地図を渡されたが、徒歩での行き方を尋ねても要領を得ず、雨の中、濡れずに行けるとの事だったが、出鱈目で、おそらく実際に自身で歩いた事はないと思われました（笑）知らなければ、分からないと言ってくれた方が良かったです。

トイレの水洗の勢いが恐ろしく悪い、あとチェックイン時のスタッフの若干の説明不足もある モーニングのビュッフェの食器の片付けがスタッフが少ないのかも知れないがこれまた恐ろしく悪い、他の客が片付けていた

フロントスタッフの愛想がなく、また対応が素っ気なく冷たく感じました。ホテルの設備は問題ないのですが、私が泊まって部屋のトイレが部屋の中央にあり、扉の下側も隙間が開いていたため、音が丸聞こえでした。家族だからそこまでは気になりませんでしたが、カップルとかなら嫌だろうなと思ってしまいました。

ホテルとして、とても綺麗でクラス感があると思いますが、トイレが別にあったら、文句なしです。広い洗面台のすぐ脇に便器があるのが、ちょっと違和感がありました。
