“Good location, nice boutique hotel. Room was too small for a 7 day stay. Lived out of suitcase due to lack of dresser (only miniature wall closet for 6 hangers 2 letter size drawers). Room did not have privacy. Glass sliding door for whole bath and toilet. No sound privacy between room and common hall. Lighting was not bright enough makeup.”

“The hotel is beautiful and the staff was really attentive and handful. We loved our stay completely. Very convenient and safe, walking distance to restaurants, the park, museum, etc. Will come back for sure!”

“The property is lovely as are the staff. Very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was disappointing. A wonderful wine cooler, but no cork screw opener. Dirty wine glasses sat in the room for days before they were removed and never replaced with clean glasses. The email provided serves one purpose - the initial contact with management. After that, there is NO communication, which was extraordinarily frustrating. We finally learned to communicate via Whatsapp and had helpful staff. This needs to...
