"For the price, this was a stay. The room was large, bed was comfortable, super clean. The furnishings were older but charmingly retro. The bathroom was fine and there was good hot water. Our only complaint is the lack of AC power outlets, but we managed to work around that. Great value for the money. There's and OXXO 2 blocks away for snacks and refreshments. There is a reasonably priced restaurant on site."

"Customer service is good. Very polite and educated but we got a terrible experience here; we got bitten by bed bugs and express my concern and the lady at front desk mentioned , she was going to report it “. Nothing was done and they offer no cancellation or refunds. I have photos."

"Clean rooms but we stayed for four nights and they told us we were only entitled to get one pack of coffee kit for the stay, which by the way is for one day. The iron had burnt stains, we contacted the front desk for a replacement...never received. The lighting at the sink is TERRIBLE so ladies be warned...bad for makeup. Also we were given a different room from the one we booked on expedia (bad idea) with no explanation."
