"Lovely place! Receptionists were delightful, breakfast was a nice little continental vibe and the rooms were exactly what you need super clean and comfortable "
"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Parking was a bit of an issue as we arrived later in the afternoon. Hotel was pleasant for a one night stay but small room and a large stain on the carpet greeted us as we opened the door to enter.
Had all the amenities necessary."
"I Travel as a Professional British Citizen. Therefore have pre-paid WI-FI Internet access. Etc;
A Professional Hotel should:-
1. Provide Professional information to ALL
GUESTS. For eg; Breakfast times. Weekdays
and Weekends. Other Facilities. Etc;
2. Dishes not available on Menus. Should be
noted on Restaurant Menus and Room
Service Menus. Attach Drinks and Beverages
Menu to Room Service Menu. Advise the
Restaurant Breakfast Chef. To use a
Egg Omlette Recipe. Etc; Because 2 fried eggs
stuck together is NOT an Omlette.
3. STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of
Wine.
4. A Concierge does not have the role of a
Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc.
5. Educate ALL Staff NOT to Discriminate
against Guests who are racially not white.
"
"The room was not clean when we entered. There were dead bugs in the tub and some unknown substance near the sink.
The white towels had brown / red stains. We asked for a change of the towels and those also had brown / red stains.
Hotel is pretty old - paint is flaking off everywhere.
No slippers in the room (had to ask for it). No tooth brush / tooth paste.
Calls to conceirge were not answered.
In terms of staff, I expected them to move my bags into my room given I'd dropped off my bags with them prior to my check in and then went outside for lunch / to explore the city.
Spa wise - pretty well equipped with 2 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 salt room and 1 ice room. "
