I book this hotel because it has 2 bedrooms and I have a very light sleep so I did not want to sleep with my boyfriend - do not judge!
The rooms are not double glazed and therefore you can hear everything from the main road.
I could not sleep well. There was also some machinery behind the wall on the 2nd bedroom, again very noisy and it can start anytime (I had it starting at 3am and it is a loud noise = I guess it is related to the water pressure?).
Breakfast was also not like in the Instagram page. I felt that portions got better once I have made a complaint, but we were given 1 scramble egg - to share between 2 of us on the first day. They offered other items, but not as much as they picture in their insta page.
To improve this, they could create a check list and ask guests what they wanted the previous day.
People in the reception were friendly and nice - 5*, all the staff were polite, but the physical structure of the hotel was not up to my standards: the pool for example is most of the time on the shade - that cannot be change or moved. Their jacuzzi was out of order and maintenance team could not fix it during the 7 days we stayed there. I was not offered any compensation and I felt that I paid for a service that they could not provide.
Also the bedroom did not have an iron and the hotel does not have 1 for each apartment, so sometimes I had to bring the one I requested downstairs to share with another room that has requested.
I felt a bit disappointed.
