"I made the booking and my booking was confirmed by you. But when we arrived the hotel owner wanted to bring you to a cheap private house. We denied the shaby offer. And we searched and paid a hotel on our own costs. We paid 130 Euros for a hotel. You have called us later and told us you will look and confirm another hotel. But then you did no more call us. We want the money back!"

"The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside."

"Das hier ist keine Unterkunft zum Übernachten sondern eher als Restaurant gedacht mit Schlafalternative, wenn man zu viel getrunken hat. Vor allem mit Baby oder Kleinkind muss man bedenken, dass es sehr laut werden kann im Restaurant (Musik, Gäste, etc.) und die angebotenen Zimmer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und nur durch EINE dünne Türe getrennt. Außerdem ist die "Unterkunft" nur über einen steilen, engen Weg zu erreichen. Also für Fahranfänger nicht geeignet oder wenn man kein PS Starkes Auto...

"Staying here was an awesome experience, if even for a day. We arrived late in the evening and the owner Mario was so very accommodating and informative. We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. The drive up may intimidate some (if during at night), as it winds up the mountain side, but staying there is well worth it. Thank you Mario...
