"Our host, Luca, was absolutely outstanding!! He was thoughtful, attentive and helpful. He provided us a tour of the property, including the rooftop terrace. From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. And he also took the time to show us all the points of interest on a map he provided, even examining it further by use of his computer. What an incredible man! "Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."
