"Beautiful hotel, convenient to the train station and many good restaurants, including their own. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and every single employee we interacted with was beyond helpful. Everything was in perfect working order, including great AC on some unseasonably hot days."

"Location was close enough to major attractions. The room is clean and nice. The bed was comfortable.The rooftop lounge was amazing with the views. The air-conditioning in the room was substandard — a tip for a future traveler would be to leave the room key in the slot while you are gone all day so that the room has a chance of being cool for your evening. There is no on-site parking for your rental car and it was about 10 minute walk to the parking garage that was $20 per day US."

"The hotel and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. However, the service did not quite meet our expectations. When we arrived, our room was missing some basic amenities, and it took multiple calls to have the issue addressed. While the staff eventually resolved the situation and made an effort to compensate for the inconvenience by gifting us a bottle of wine, it would have been preferable if everything had been prepared properly from the start. Other than that staff was friendly and the location was great!"
