โStaff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Loved this place. โ
โLocation location location in an amazing historical tower. This was our first time in Florence and we were drlighted to be in easy walking distance to so much of what you wa ty to see.โ
โFrom the room details and convenient location just minutes from the Duomo to the wonderful Maria who made our family feel at home. Maria was very attentive and such a joy to speak with as she made our cappucinos each morning. The breakfast was a good variety and fresh. We chose a family room that looked to be located away from the main street, so very quiet and ample room for our family of 5 to share the space. We would stay here again.โ

โIt was so wonderful trip in la gemma in Firenze ( Florence ), Staff was professional and the whole service and journey was excellent. I enjoyed the welcome drink and loved the design of the room.
Also, there was a bar and drinks were super good. Breakfast was nice, coffee was also nice.โ
