“Ainda bem que não seguimos os comentários daqui! Eu e meu noivo tivemos uma experiência ótima nesse apartamento. A cozinha está totalmente equipada, com todos os utensílios essenciais. Além disso, o apartamento conta com ar condicionado, água quente, rádio, TV, e uma ótima conexão de internet. A parte do colchão no mezanino não foi algo que nos incomodou, já sabíamos que era assim no momento em que fechamos a reserva. Checkin e checkout foram fáceis. ”

“The managers of this lovely apartment are very responsive, communicating fluently in English, through email and WhatsApp. Helpful with local info. We were met promptly at the arranged time for check in. The apartment itself is very chic adaptation of some very old space, well designed and compact. From this location we walked everywhere we wanted to go on both sides of the Arno. Only downsides were that WiFi didn’t work and sink drains were slow or clogged. ”

“It was a good place in a a good area in the center of the Florence. The cleaning was perfect. But there were two problems in the place , One, it is in the last floor of the apartment and there is no lift . There other one is related to the termosifone, And when we took shower it was going hot and cold suddenly. Overall I liked it and it was enjoyable. Thank you ”

“Light and airy. Great location if you’re looking to stay in a family friendly neighborhood. Not too far to walk to the city center of Florence. Grocery store just around the corner was very convenient. There’s a lovely park across the street. We loved it! ”

“This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again. ”

“Excelente ubicación. El Lugar muy limpio y bonito . Nunca vimos algún personal , pero no fue necesario . El cuidado del Equipaje por más horas en locker gratis fue un buen plus. ”
