Bernini Palace

"Great hotel and staff located within walking distance of everything you want to see, fine restaurants and more. Breakfast was delicious and hot: great cappuccino. Very helpful staff and attentive to your needs. Had a very spacious and clean room with a view of the Duomo. Very comfortable king-size bed with luxuriously white sheets and Nespresso coffee machine. Special thanks to Analisa and Miranda who were so wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves 5 stars."

"The hotel is housed in a beautiful building, greater than 500 years old. It is very clean and well maintained, but some of the room amenities leave a little to be desired. The bathtub is very small and has a glass partition which covers just half the space. It takes a little maneuvering to stand under the shower and keep everything else dry. The water pressure was very good. Also, no bathroom counter space to speak of. The furnishings were in keeping with the age and period of the building. Our room was on the fifth floor and the elevator does not go that high so there were lots is steps to be tackled. Our party was ok to manage this but there are many who could not. The staff is there of course to help with bags. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Finally the Hotel Paris is in an amazing location- very close to Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, good restaurants and great shopping."

"Great hotel concept. All the benefits of a 4 star hotel with a great gym and free laundry. The staff were amazing. Oh and the trolley to the nearby city center and airport is outside the front door. Loved it"

"This stay was absolutely lovely! The room was sparkly clean, the view was serene, the staff was remarkable! They called a taxi for us every time we needed it, scheduled a ride to the airport for us at 4 am and had breakfast awaiting us before we left! They offered what we needed and waaaay more. It was close to the city Centre as well. Breakfast buffet is remarkable! Anything you could want and more is there! You can also make your own juice. Everything was delightful and we WILL be staying here again and again!"

"Loved this full service hotel close to everything via an easy walk. It was quiet and comfortable with an on sight restaurant and breakfast included with the room. It was a great home base for three days in Florence and we were able to do some laundry too! Very friendly staff. Would stay again if ever back in Florence."

"We had a good stay at Hotel Galileo and it worked really well for a short visit to Florence. The hotel feels smaller and more personal, which we actually liked. The location is convenient and close to a busier part of the city, so there was some street noise, but that was to be expected. The room had everything we needed, the hotel was comfortable, and overall it was a solid place to stay for a few nights. If you’re looking for something simple, well-located, and practical for exploring Florence, this is a good option."
