“Vacation for a family of 5. The apartment was nice. The only downside was poor communication. I contacted them per their instructions a week before our arrival with our information and was told we could drop our luggage early. When we arrived in Florence, I sent a message via Whatsapp 30 minutes before getting to the apt. (per their instructions), but never heard back. Arrived at the apt. and sent another message with no response, so found a storage facility, dragged our luggage there, paid 33...

Giovanna, Debora, Esperanza all lovely ladies working there, would go out of the way to any help needed. Aniza is a great pastry chef and good baker. Loved our three days stay over there. ”

“À ce prix là vue sur autoroute!!!!! En plus on a payé un surplus car la chambre était rénovée. Franchement problème de nettoyage douche. Déjà des moisissures aux niveau des joints du carrelage de la douche italienne. À ce prix là j’attendais vraiment mieux. Mettre une bouilloire dans la chambre sans adaptateur de prise italienne c’est une blague ? Par contre personnel très agréable. ”

“This property was stunning. Our daughter said it is her cottage core style with flair brought to life. The suite was beautiful. The living room was made up to be a second bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. I have mobility issues but the room we were in was perfect for that. There was even a roll-in shower. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend. ”
