โso nice and kind to the guest and this hotel has very unique decoration and I like it very much, which is a kind of classic and gorgeous. This hotel is not big but clean and comfortable enough for me. โ

โThis was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.โ
โBest of the best. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and toilet huge, with two doors providing a complete privacy. During the stay I had a conference call so I had to use a business room. The concierge helped me ALOT with 100% kindness and support. I loved this place.โ
โIt is situated in the center of city just next to Duomo,I could walk to anywhere. The staffs were extremely kind and offered us a bottle of welcome champagne.

โAbsolutely stunning views and a great property. Management friendly and helpful in the rare occasion you need something. I would absolutely stay here again. AC nice and cold, beautiful views, kitchenette area with stove top, refrigerator. Grazie!!!โ
โIt was in a great part of the city. Very walkable to most everything. Felt very safe and the hotel was beautiful. The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was comfortable. They are the real winners!!โ
