The staff were helpful and friendly which is very much appreciated as a solo traveller. Breakfast was very delicious with a good choice for all needs. The proximity to the centre, sights and tram stop from the airport made everything work so well. A good set up for a day of sightseeing! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I will be going back with my family."

"Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They speak english, well and are accommodating. The hotel is clean. The outside can be slightly noisy up until about midnight. It is approximately 5 min walk from the train station. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Large room and decent facilities. Like that there were 2 sinks, 1 inside the toilet area and 1 in the main room. Shower was large, had a bench that would be great for older guests and those with restricted mobility particularly. Bed was very large and comfortable. Room temperature was adjustable and well controlled. Hotel is not far from the station which is really handy for those interested in taking daytrips around Italy by train like we did."
