"Hotel Colomba has been shut since the covid-19 epidemic in March 2020 and never reopened. They haven't returned any of my many emails and cut off their phone lines. My reservation was the last week in August. Hotels. Com that I paid for the accomodation did not help me at all after many emails and phone calls were made by me to them.
