“Lovely boutique hotel, in a quiet area of Florence. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was how thin the walls are, you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms. They kindly offered earplugs, but I think this is important for future guests to know in advance so they can decide if it suits their needs.”
