"The kitchen was fully equipped. Lots of shops, nearby, mainly the famous leather market. Lots of restaurants nearby. Angelo was very helpful in this history lesson as we were checking in of the surrounding buildings. The room was very clean, had all the amenities you would expect and then some. "

"Right in the Duomo square, something going on all the time. Giuliana, the property manager, gave us good dining suggestions and was very accommodation about everything. Safe and fun place to stay. "

"From the moment we arrived, Serena made us feel right at home. This hotel is absolutely beautiful — the rooms are works of art, and the breakfast is pure perfection. We totally recommend this hotel and Serena"

"Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat.
Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro.
Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend."
"Great location, breakfast was fabulous with both sweet and savory items, room was spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend and stay here again if traveling back to Florence."
"Room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. We were also happy with the hotel breakfast. If we visit Florence again then we’d look to stay here if possible. "
"We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we didn’t get in until the next morning but the staff was so accommodating and able to get us in our room right away. The room was lovely and even though we were there during a busy time, once the windows were closed, the room was pretty quiet. If we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here. "
"Great location, helpful and kind staff, great view and room with generous add ons! Welcoming environment with everything you need. Highly recommended! "
