โThis place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. โThe room was modern and clean. The self-help entry was easy. I took the stairs instead of the elevator and didnโt know which floor to go to but the staff were immediately responsive on WhatsApp. A staff member ended up greeting me at the door as they are there for some hours of the day. They were responsive on WhatsApp to all my other questions also. No shower products so bring your own but they have a kettle and coffee and tea and complimentary water. My stay there was perfect and Iโd be happy...
โThis was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.โ
