“Receptionist was kind at the check in. Location was great. Rooms were clean. But there were noisy students at night tried to get some sleep early because we had plans for early morning. There were no managers staying at the hotel after 7pm. I called the number that i received but only one that i heard from is This is emergency number. They will be sleeping at 10pm. Also they told me that i had to handle the issue with them directly. On my experience, no hotel does the way of communication....
