The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are fluffy and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice. Especially the fresh orange juice you can drink every morning and the cake you make yourself is really delicious.
The train station is a little far, but the tourist sites are close and it's easy to walk around, and there are many delicious...

“This was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.”

“Room was very well done. Very comfortable king bed. It was clean, quiet, and quaint. Walking distance from everything. All my wife and did was walk around and we enjoyed every moment. Staff and concierge were extremely helpful and accommodating - it was perhaps the best part of the hotel. They never said no. I will definitly come back here when I revisit.”

아침 퀄리티 또한 유럽 그 어디와 비교해봐도 으뜸입니다. 아침이 숙박료에 포함되있는 옵션이었는데 돈을 더 내더라도 먹을만한 퀄리티에요. 아침먹는 시간을 정하고 내려가면 커피 또는 차를 내려다주시고 뷔페식으로 맛난 아침을 먹을 수있었습니다.
숙소 크기도 매우 넓어서 편했고 침구류도 폭닥한 느낌이 관리가 정말 잘되고 깨끗하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 물도 매일 채워다주고 일회용 슬리퍼까지 있는 호텔을 못봤는데 여기가 유일합니다. 100% 강추드립니다.
숙소내부에 세탁을 맡기면 비싸서 주변에 있는 셀프빨래방을 이용하는걸 추천드리고 노벨라역에서 멀어서 처음에 올때 캐리어끌고오긴 힘들었습니다. 갈땐 버스타고 갔어요.”
