โso nice and kind to the guest and this hotel has very unique decoration and I like it very much, which is a kind of classic and gorgeous. This hotel is not big but clean and comfortable enough for me. โ
โThis was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.โ
โThe Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the beds are fluffy and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very nice. Especially the fresh orange juice you can drink every morning and the cake you make yourself is really delicious.
The train station is a little far, but the tourist sites are close and it's easy to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants in the area.
My husband and I talk about our good memories of the hotel even when we have return to Korea. Next time we return to Florence, we aim to stay again."
