"The Ruby hotel is very modern. Their staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are really cute and very clean. The bar is open 24/7 but they only offer breakfast. There are a lot of cafe’s around but for dinner it’s about a 10-5 minute walk to find good restaurants. The metro stop is very close and can be used as well. I would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walking to everything. The front staff provide a brief tour while escorting to room and happily book anything you need. The room was nicely appointed. Breakfast had something for everyone. They even give a complimentary bottle of Chianti to enjoy there or take home. "

"So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here! "
