โThe check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat.

โAn absolutely enchanting gem in the heart of Florence. It is away from the crowd but a sanctuary for the mind. The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. Quality is outstanding as is the staff. โ

โWe are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. โIt was a different experience in Firenze as Villa stay in a little outside of Firenze downtown is more relaxed than hotel stay in downtown Firenze. More spacious room, big gardens, etc... But of course it would take more time to go main areasโ

The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. โThe small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence!
