“What a find in Florence! Converted residences into hotel style accommodations. Breakfast inclusion was a nice treat - rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a common sitting room to relax. Location is very central to all attractions. But the highlight was the staff! So nice, helpful beyond expectations - so fortunate to have found Peruzzi Residences.”

“Everything about our stay here was top notch. Our room was amazing, very clean and had 2 separate rooms , kitchenette and a good size bathroom. It was also so nice to use their spa with sauna and pool to relax after the day of non stop walking. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast with great variety of dishes. Location is close to all attractions. Definitely would recommend staying here!”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay here! Fulvio was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. He kindly helped us with our luggage and made check-in a breeze. He also went out of his way to help us arrange taxis whenever we needed them. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, located in a peaceful neighborhood while still being conveniently close to all the places we wanted to visit. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. We would absolutely love to...
