Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful."

The hotel itself is incredibly well kept, the facilities are maintained at a very high standard and I was impressed with the attentiveness of all staff. The concierge service made booking tables at restaurants very easy and getting around Florence was made seamless by the recommendations and helpfulness of the staff. The pool is amazing and the breakfast was perfect. Could not fault it. The drinks and service was top notch and I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and I will definitely look to return here in the future."
