"The location was close to a park, a few eating places and laundrymat all in walking distance in a quiet neighborhood. Taxi ride from hotel was not to far from Train station. The breakfast staff were very attentive and allowed us early access for our early excursions. The Breakfast was plentiful, tastey and elegantly presented."

"We had a nice stay at 3110 ArtHotel. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fine, with yogurt, cereal, and deli meats. Andrea gave us plenty of great recommendations for the area. Our only issue was check in. We weren’t given any arrival instructions, and there’s no traditional front desk. The building call box wasn’t working for us, and finding the hotel lobby was a little confusing. Thankfully, someone let us into the building. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Clearer check in instructions would make the experience much easier."

"Great hotel for a solo traveler. The room size and amenities represent the value that you’re getting. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff is extremely friendly and are at the front desk around the clock. It is about a 5 minute straight walk down the street to the tram system, which allows you to easily access the airport and other parts of the city."

"Lovely boutique hotel, in a quiet area of Florence. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was how thin the walls are, you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms. They kindly offered earplugs, but I think this is important for future guests to know in advance so they can decide if it suits their needs."

B&B Cherubini 13

"Overall we had a good experience in Cherubini 13, with some issues that prevented it being perfect. Our room in Cherubini was comfortable and beautiful with a lovely balcony, the apartment was well located in a gorgeous old building (not too central and noisy but not too far away) and it came at a reasonable price. However, instructions for checking in were not clear. We had to message the management when we arrived to be remotely let into the building, but ended up waiting over 40 minutes without reply before being let in by other guests. We had no actual contact with the management other than messaging to try and let us in, and them telling us we had to leave cash in the room to pay the city tax (which was fine, but could have been handled better). There was also some confusion over which facilities were available to us, with no clear indication if we could use the kitchen and coffee machine. The hotel should really not be called a B&B, as the experience was much more like using an AirB&B shared by multiple guests. All rooms were lockable and our room had an en suite, so this didnt bother us, but if you're expecting a traditional hotel it isn't that. Overall our experience was very pleasant and these negatives were outweighed by the positives (clean, good location, and a beautiful room), but the delay in accessing the property causes unnecessary stress."

"Very nice property, lovely staff. Super convenient location if you have a car. An easy walk into the center, and an easy exit from town. Dont miss mercato in Piazza Cure, just on the other side of the train tracks. 4 stars because the beds were classically terrible, hard italian mattresses with equally flat pillows and because despite a request, our mini fridge didnt work. Also, their parking lot behind the property is quite small and you need to call ahead to ensure they save you a spot. The staff were ULTRA helpful and managed to wedge us in and back us out as well. I would consider staying here again...esp if the bedding were improved. :)"

"My wife broke her leg in Florence and was put into a cast by the hospital. The staff at this hotel was so helpful, trying to attend to her needs. They even gave us an additional room for free for my wife since our room did not have lift access, so we then occupied two rooms for the remainder of our stay (cut short, as we needed to go home early) I have to commend the compassion of each individual hotel staff member."
