"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and every need was met by the team. We were delighted with the special touches like welcome drinks and fruit in the room. The room was very comfortable, with generous space, comfortable furnishings and lovely peaceful setting. We were very impressed with housekeeping who would leave little gifts on a daily basis, as well as lovely products for us to use. The cocktails in the bar were the best we had in Florence, and very charming in their story and creation. I recommend the house Martini. The bar is a really cosy space to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing. A perfect little hotel for a touch of luxury with the warmth of a family run establishment. Highly recommend!"
