"It was a beautiful room with a view in an historic building overlooking a piazza. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts included were excellent. The only complaint we have, and this is beyond the control of the hotel, is that the piazza itself can be very noisy all through the night and even earplugs didn't help."

"This room is in an old hotel so it's kind of funky but also unique and cool in some ways. The service was excellent. Our first room was right at the entrance so the owner ( manager?) offered to give us a better room that would be available the next day. We had museum reservations early the next day so we arranged to have our bags put in the entry area till the next evening. We had large bags and were expecting to have to carry them up the 3 flights of stairs to our new room. When we returned we found the owner had carried all our bags up the steep stairs for us. We also had other needs for which they were very accommodating."

"Great hotel for a solo traveler. The room size and amenities represent the value that you’re getting. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff is extremely friendly and are at the front desk around the clock. It is about a 5 minute straight walk down the street to the tram system, which allows you to easily access the airport and other parts of the city."

"Very nice property, lovely staff. Super convenient location if you have a car. An easy walk into the center, and an easy exit from town. Dont miss mercato in Piazza Cure, just on the other side of the train tracks. 4 stars because the beds were classically terrible, hard italian mattresses with equally flat pillows and because despite a request, our mini fridge didnt work. Also, their parking lot behind the property is quite small and you need to call ahead to ensure they save you a spot. The staff were ULTRA helpful and managed to wedge us in and back us out as well. I would consider staying here again...esp if the bedding were improved. :)"
