Anika at the front desk was so kind and helpful- she was accommodating and even helped me book a 4:30am taxi to the airport! Uber was going to charge me 100 € but the hotels taxi service only charged me 55€ and they were there on time. Also, I asked for twin beds and they made sure to fix it after the first night.
