"We were a family of four that stayed in the “family room”. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of space. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful views, wonderful food and drinks and friendly staff. Alessandro made us feel welcome. Our daughter had a nut allergy and he made sure to accommodate her and let her know her safe food options. We loved the location. Close enough to walk to the sites, but more quaint, a little less touristy. "

"Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well.
Claudia was a great host and very responsive.
Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good.
We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night.
