"Wonderful stay and everyone was helpful."

"This is the worse accommodation we have stayed in on our vacation. We were told the day before we arrived, that the aircon was broken. When we arrived, the accommodation is only a floor within another building so access was 1 star at best. When we arrived, the lady was very apologetic, obviously. She said don’t worry, we’ll give you a breakfast voucher as compensation. Never saw the voucher! Based on the pricing wanted on this dump, they should be ashamed. The compressor failure on the aircon would have been due to lack of maintenance and planning. You have been warned."

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic with great nearby attractions.However, there were a couple of inconveniences. Because the two hotels share the same building, checking in was a bit confusing, and the elevator was unfortunately broken. Having to climb up to the 3rd floor to check in was a little difficult. The management was very accommodating and gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet to make up for the inconvenience."

"The room is a little outdated and not super comfortable, but they make up for it with their extremely friendly staff and perfect location. It was really nice to be right in the middle of everything and be able to make a quick stop at our room throughout the day between activities. They also stored our luggage so we could make the most of our first day before check in. We didn’t do the breakfast, but it smelled amazing in the lobby every morning so I’m sure it was good!"

"This property is pristine and the staff was one of the best I have experience. The team at the front desk could teach a class on professionalism in the hospitality industry. They are an A +. The property is very clean and exceeds expectations for a city hotel. They have parking, excellent bathrooms and enough room to be comfortable for an extended stay. Every night they brought the room back to an A + standard. The property is really close to everything and just about everything can be reached by foot once we valeted the car for a few days. Driving in this city is not for everyone but we survived. They were very helpful getting us the best route In and out. The property has an excellent breakfast and several food options for dinner. We also really did like Grillo for breakfast. The hotel is not inexpensive but I feel is 100% worth the cost. I would highly recommend for a few night stay in Florence. I will be back. Thank you for a great stay!"
